You would simply find blogs that offer link exchanges. I have found this pretty hard to do with blogs, but just go to Google and type in “Blog Link Exchange”. Something should come up that is relevant.

Link Exchange is a good method. But Search engines don’t like that.
Link exchange with other bloggers. But add Nofollow option in such links and also avoid indexing of blogroll pages in search engines.
Then write quality posts and submit in many social networking sites like twitter, facebook, etc. You will get links automatically.
